There were many questions relating to the show organisation at the AGM and so we have produced a pdf that should answer all those queries. You can download that document here.
The Committee is busy planning events and competitions for this year's show. Watch this space for updates.
Testimonials from Previous Stall Holders
"Overall another brilliant day and please put me down on the list again for next year as this is one summer show I really look forward to taking part in."
"The show was fantastic and we were impressed with the organisation on the day."
Traders & Stall Holders:
One of the attractive features of the Chalfont St Giles Show is the great range of stalls run by clubs, voluntary groups and local businesses. We have also introduced a number of craft stalls which offer not only the opportunity to purchase items but also in some cases to watch demonstrations of that craft or have a go at the craft. These stalls provide a great opportunity to promote your organisation and/or to demonstrate/sell your wares.
Our usual attendance is between 5000 and 7000 visitors, who enjoy a great day out, watching first class entertainment, sampling the barbeque, hog roast, tea tent and beer tent, as well as spending their money at dozens of stalls.
Stalls start at just £45. The full price list and booking terms and conditions are included in the booking form. Choose either Word Document, this will download to your default download folder or PDF form, which will open in a new window which you will then need to save or print. Note that you can't fill in the form online - you need to print it and return it to us at the contact address shown on the application form.
Theme: Good Olde Days
Please feel free to decorate both yourselves and your stall in the theme of the show this year. The Jester's Cup will be awarded during the afternoon to the most attractive and well presented stall (whether in theme or not). Last year's winner of the Jester's Cup was Chalfont Wasps FC.
For the past few years, we have printed a programme which is handed out free to all visitors on Show Day. This includes a copy of the layout of the showground, details of all the stalls registered at the show before 8th August 2017 and again this year we're offering the opportunity for any stall holder to place an advertisement in the programme on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact email@example.com for further details.
